Delivery Information

At Cloudtail Wholesale, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered promptly within the United Kingdom. Please review our delivery policies below:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.

We offer free local delivery for orders over £250 (excluding VAT) within a 5-mile radius of our warehouse.

For local delivery, please select the appropriate delivery method at checkout and contact us via email to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Our courier partner, DPD Local, provides a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery for your convenience.

While we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, during busy periods, please allow an additional 7-10 working days for delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international deliveries. Our services are limited to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking website via email.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Process

All return requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Damages and Issues
